Track nutrition, sleep, steps, and resting heart rate through the coaching interface, access updates from the GeneLife chatbot, discover educational gene-related content, and participate in surveys for research and GeneLife Rewards points. The app uses Health Connect to retrieve steps and resting heart rate data for activity tracking and health indicators. A compatible GeneLife testing kit is required, and services are primarily available to users aged 18 and over, with some kits available to younger users with parental consent.
