"NORANEKO" is a photo-sharing app for sharing photos of cats you've spotted, along with general location information, allowing you to quietly keep an eye on nearby cats or those that interest you.

You can select photos from your camera or album, edit them as needed, and post them with a short memo, date and time, and location information. Posts are published after review, and you can view other users' cat posts on the timeline.

The timeline can be switched between "All," "Nearby," "Following," and "Watching." You can view posts in your current location or a manually set area, follow posters you're interested in, and create albums to watch posts related to the same cats.

To protect the safety of cats and the community, the app is designed not to disclose precise addresses or coordinates. Location information for posts is displayed in a general form, such as city or region name, and there's a rule against including information that could lead to the exact location in captions. You can report problematic posts and comments, and block users you don't want to see.
