"The irAE detection system is an interview system and side effect detection system that can be used at home for patients using immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) for cancer treatment. Therefore, in order to maintain good physical condition, patients need self-management and a planned cancer treatment system.
Patients use a dedicated smartphone app to enter their body temperature and blood pressure, as well as record answers to medical questions. The daily data you record is graphed on the app to help you understand your health status. In the unlikely event that an abnormality is detected in the recorded content, a screen will be displayed to alert you immediately, leading to early detection of immune adverse events (irAEs). In addition, the results of the medical interview are shared in real time with the healthcare provider in charge, allowing them to check the possibility of side effects. We provide treatment environments and services that enable access from hospitals to cancer patients, and from patients to hospitals, even in the home environment. "
