This app allows players to play against the computer. Children can learn about the concept of disaster prevention and mitigation and the importance of civil engineering through playing card games. The rules also include the relationship between infrastructure and disasters, and the necessity of preventive maintenance and post-disaster recovery, so even adults can enjoy the content.
