The RECAIUS reporting agent uses the voice dialogue technology of the communication AI "RECAIUS" provided by Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation to support the creation of sales reports by talking with the AI. In addition to business reports, it can be used to input order information, work records for maintenance and inspection, daily security reports, long-term care records, and other data entry efficiency.

Feature Description

1. 1. Data entry function
You can display the report items prepared in advance and enter data for each item. If you have a large number of choices, you can select them efficiently on the search screen.

2. Voice dialogue function
AI will ask you for data entry items using Toshiba's unique voice dialogue technology, so you can easily enter data by having a voice dialogue with AI.

3. 3. Data registration function
The data entered for each report item can be registered in the preset database.

How to use this application
This application is exclusively for users who have a contract for "RECAIUS Reporting Agent" provided by Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation. Before using the service, it is necessary to conclude a usage contract with Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation and enter the issued contract ID when logging in.

[Data handling and security in this application]
-This application sends voice information to the server and stores the text information that is the recognition result on the server.
-In this application, SSL (Seure Socket Layer) encryption is used for communication with the server.
-All the data stored on the server (text information of voice recognition result, information related to this) is encrypted and stored.

[About voice recognition with this application]
・ This application may not be used correctly when operated in an environment with poor radio wave conditions (outside the service area) or in a noisy environment.
・ This application does not guarantee the accuracy of voice recognition results.
-With this application, it is possible to attach an external microphone and perform voice input. However, Bluetooth microphones are not available.
