It is an application that acquires support logs via Bluetooth from Pit Touch Pro 3.
The acquired log can be passed to the mail application using the sharing function of Android.

The Pit Touch Pro 3 (scheduled to be released this fall) is the successor to the Pit Touch Pro 2.

Please use this application and send the support log to us in case of troubles such as Pro 3 not working or not connecting to the network.

■ Pairing procedure
1. Put Pro 3 in "pairing mode".
2. Tap the "Pairing" button of this application.
3. From the scan list, tap the one that matches the device name displayed in Pro 3.
4. Enter the PIN code displayed on Pro 3 to perform pairing.

■ Log acquisition procedure
1. Put Pro 3 in "log collection mode".
2. From this application, tap the "Get / Manage Support Log" button.
3. Tap "Get new support log".
4. From the scan list, tap the one that matches the device name displayed in Pro 3.

You can share it to the mail app by selecting the acquired log and tapping "Send".
