But, several negatives: Pop-up ads (Seriously?); Too much personal info required for registration (A problem with most consumer "clubs" in Japan); and no English-language option. I know it's an app for the JP market. But, I use several other apps from JP and foreign companies specifically for the JP market that do have an English option. (Daikin, Panasonic, Yamaha, Sony, Omron, PayPay, Line, Mercedes, Ikea, LG, etc)

2021-10-29	Mi*****	The app is painfully slow. Anything you click is taking time to load, probably due to contacting the cloud servers. Despite being on a local LAN, it does like that. Turning on aircon at home is so slow that it's quicker to get a remote control and turn it on or set up anything. I don't see the point, why cloud servers need to be connected in order to turn on my house aircon, if I am connected to my LAN! Oh and this app does a lot to DNS requests in the background to non-sharp IPs

2021-05-23	Ga*****	No matter what I do in the app, the final step of any action just ends up with a white screen. I am able to connect my AC to the wifi, but I am unable to add it to the app, and I can find it and see it's software version. But when I press update, I just get a blank screen. If I open the screen to contact support, it's also just blank. Really disappointing, and those stole a whole lot of time from me for nothing.
