Optimal Remote Extension enhances the functionality of Optimal Remote by OPTiM Corporation, providing extended features essential for remote support. This extension operates via Accessibility Service to facilitate screen transfer and accept remote operations from operators connected to Optimal Remote.

Crucially, the extension requires activation in Accessibility Service settings to enable remote control support. Data accessed through Accessibility Service is solely used to support customers during remote sessions. Note that the extension does not work independently and must be installed while using the Optimal Remote app.
