This electronic viewer is an application provided by Nankodo Co., Ltd.
"Nankodo Text Viewer" is an electronic content distribution service. We distribute high-quality contents of medical publications as e-books to medical professionals and students at their educational institutions through electronic viewers.

■ Development story
With the rapid progress of medicine and medical technology, the amount of information required for medical care is increasing dramatically, and the need for digitization of medical content is increasing. On the other hand, compared to the vast amount of printed medical publications, electronic content is still only a fraction, so we will build a platform and provide a large amount of electronic medical content. This electronic viewer was developed with the aim of optimizing the viewing of medical content, and enabling users to quickly obtain necessary medical content and texts anytime, anywhere.

■ The role of the app
This is an application for viewing electronic content of medical books required by medical professionals and students at their educational institutions.

■ Electronic viewer features
1. Tool function
You can call the "tool function" by long-pressing the screen so as not to interfere with the flow of users who want to concentrate on viewing content. Tools feature provides convenient features such as notes and markers.

2. Page spread display
It will be a page spread display when the terminal is displayed horizontally. You can read e-books like real paper books. This two-page spread display is important for content that includes a large number of photographs and charts, such as medical content.

3. View page thumbnails
Displays page thumbnails in a slider. It makes it easier for users to visually find the page they are looking for.

4. Contents/Index
You can move to the table of contents and index with one tap from the "Contents/Index" button on the browsing screen. No matter what page you are reading, you can always go to the first page of the table of contents and index with one tap. The ability to quickly search for necessary information and jump to the relevant page from the table of contents as well as the index is essential for medical content.

5. Bibliographic information
Bibliographic information can be checked from the list display of the library or from the setting menu. Bibliographic information includes the title, author name, publisher name, etc., and can be checked immediately while viewing the content.
