Mental-Fit is an integrated service that provides comprehensive support for mental health management with just one smartphone. Based on the concept of "visualizing modern stress and cultivating mental health habits," it offers a comprehensive range of mental healthcare services necessary for companies.

Mental-Fit consists of the following five services:

1. Stress Check Questionnaire
→ Users can take a stress check via their smartphone.
The service provides comprehensive support, including a 57-question questionnaire, individual reports, diagnosis and notification of high-stress individuals, and departmental group analysis.
Thoroughly reducing the workload for practitioners.

2. Stress Measurement with a Smartphone Camera
→ It is said that there is a discrepancy between the qualitative fatigue (feeling of fatigue) one perceives and the actual measured autonomic nervous system fatigue (fatigue level). Even if you perceive yourself as energetic due to work pressure, it is often the case that accumulated fatigue is actually present when measured. This is known as "hidden stress," and can lead to mental illness. This feature quantifies autonomic nervous system imbalances from the pulse wave frequency by simply touching your index finger to the smartphone camera.
③ Chat Counseling by Experts
→Mental-Fit partners with counselors who offer chat counseling via LINE at any time. While traditional supplementary consultations with corporate occupational physicians tend to be less likely to be attended due to the risk of colleagues or superiors finding out, chat counseling via the app eliminates this concern, significantly lowering the barrier to consultations.
④ Breathing Training to Reduce Stress
→As stress builds, it can disrupt the autonomic nervous system, causing symptoms that are beyond our control, such as sweating, pupil size, heart rate, and blood pressure. However, breathing, which is driven by the autonomic nervous system, is the only thing we can intentionally control. By consciously slowing and regulating your breathing, your brain is tricked into thinking you're not tired, reducing fatigue. The app provides eight weeks of mindfulness audio to help you regulate your breathing.
⑤ Organizational Improvement Consultation
→ After visualizing the stress level at an organization, we will consult with Mental-Fit's partner industrial physicians and labor and social insurance consultants to determine what the company should actually do and what actions are necessary to obtain health and productivity management certification. This is a new support system for companies that previously didn't know what to do to address mental health issues.
