EN VEDETTE is a patisserie that has opened in Kiyosumi Shirakawa since 2016.
We offer a variety of sweets from birthday cakes to gifts.
"EN VEDETTE" means "main character" in French.
Sweets are used as gifts for the main guests of birthdays and other celebrations.
On important anniversaries, we provide sweets that will please the people who play the leading role, and we want to be a patisserie that will become the main character of the town.
From this town, we deliver handmade sweets made with heart to everyone with a smile.

Owner Chef Daisuke Mori
Born in Gifu Prefecture.
After graduating from Tokyo Confectionery School, he worked at patisseries in Tokyo such as "Roysdal" and "Grand Hyatt Tokyo" before moving to France.
Studied at Laurent Duchenne (M.O.F.)'' and Moisin'' in Paris.
Worked as a chef and pastry chef at "Moisin".
After returning to Japan, he worked as a chef and pastry chef at Toyosu Patisserie SAKURA in Tokyo since its opening.
Developed a souvenir to commemorate the opening of the Shin-Kabukiza theater, ``KABUKU~hen''.
Appointed as an official technical instructor of the Japan Western Confectionery Association Federation.
Shibuya Scramble Square store opened in November 2019.
“EN VEDETTE Luxe” will open in March 2023 at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu.
He also works to improve the status of chefs through magazines and books.
