MY J:COM consolidates J:COM services into a single mobile app. It offers TV program information, remote recording, on-demand viewing, a switchable program guide, and search functions, along with home internet diagnostics and Wi-Fi sharing.

It also includes My Page management, coupons and event notices, local information, online medical care, and customer support. Access to contract details, billing, and service changes is streamlined; login with your J:COM Personal ID is required and availability varies by area. Note: J:COM LINK users may need a separate app to schedule remote recordings.
