By continuing to measure daily, it helps you understand changes in your physical condition that you might not notice on your own.

Measurement can be done using your smartphone's camera lens or Polar Verity Sense.

Clear display of condition

Based on the measurement results, your current condition is displayed in four levels:

• Excellent
• Good
• Normal
• Caution

Stress Score display

You can check your Stress Score (an index of condition representing stress and fatigue levels calculated from heart rate variability).

Check recent trends

Compare with past measurement results to check recent changes in your condition.

History management

Save your measurement history and check the trend of your Stress Score in a graph.
