MHST The Adventure Begins is the first Monster Hunter RPG available on smartphones, offering an immersive adventure without any in-app purchases. Players recruit and bond with countless Monsties, explore vast environments, and hatch new companions from monster eggs. This mobile version boasts high-resolution graphics, an improved user interface, and a convenient auto-save feature.

The game's story starts in a forest near the village of Riders, where three friends uncover a shining egg that hatches into a baby Rathalos. After a devastating monster attack on their village, the hero embarks on a journey as a Rider with a cheerful companion, Navirou. Players can enjoy the introductory story of the handheld console version and later import save data into the full Monster Hunter Stories paid version to continue the adventure. Please note the Network Battle function is no longer available, and certain console features are omitted in the mobile adaptation.
