You will be notified when you receive a chat from a LINE friend or company member, so you can avoid missing a response.

Additionally, even if a customer suddenly requests a change to their reservation while they are out of town, they can confirm and amend the details and make a new reservation.

We also offer other options to meet various needs.
By reading the vehicle license plate number of a customer visiting the store with a fixed-point camera, information on the customer visiting the store is notified to the mobile device, and the customer can check the proposal that should be made.

It can also be used as a convenient tool by customizing it, such as electronic flyer display and advice functions tailored to customer service situations.
