How to upload images of health insurance cards, etc.


Please cover the "symbols, numbers, etc." written on the surface of the card/paper template with plain paper, sticky notes, etc., then photograph or scan them and upload them.

*Please make sure that the date of issue, address of the insurer, and insurance name are visible.

Notes

・In order for members to use the service comfortably, Harmony prohibits use by persons under the age of 18. Therefore, when registering as a member, we will verify your identity using an identification card issued by a public institution.

・The paid service usage period for paid members is one month (30 days) from the date of registration. (Example: If you register on April 24th, you can use it until May 23rd)

・The subscription will be automatically renewed unless you request cancellation. If you complete the cancellation procedure one day before the renewal date, you will not be charged the next month's monthly fee.

(Even if you cancel before the renewal date, there will be no pro-rated refund for the remaining period.)
