Bloomap - 花と植物のロス削減アプリ

Still enjoyable, yet thrown away without finding a new home.

Bloomap is an app that reduces flower and plant waste by connecting such flowers and plants to the next person before they are discarded.

You can find and purchase "relief" items listed by local flower shops and garden centers on a map, or share plants you've grown and multiplied with your neighbors.

You can also find events such as container gardening classes and markets, as well as volunteer opportunities like creating flowerbeds and planting flowers.

Bringing encounters with flowers and plants closer to you.

And giving a new home to flowers and plants that can still be enjoyed.

▼ What is "Relief"?

Relief refers to items that didn't meet specifications during production, leftovers after events, excess stock, or items that might lose their destination due to weather or other factors.

There are flowers and plants that are still perfectly enjoyable but would be discarded if they don't find a new home.

At Bloomap, we don't call them "lost flowers," but "relief."

Like a pitching change in baseball, we pass them on to the next person.

We want to deliver these flowers and plants not as "things to be thrown away," but as something that will connect to someone else.

▼ Our Vision for the Service

Flower and plant waste isn't just a problem after they've been thrown away.

They can be substandard during production, left over after events, or unsold due to supply issues or weather.

Because flowers and plants are living things, they can lose their destination for various reasons.

Bloomap aims not only to utilize what has been lost afterward, but also to create a "next destination" before it becomes a waste.

Delivering them to the next person as relief.

Sharing plants that have multiplied at home.

Experiencing flowers and plants through events.

Getting involved in local greenery through volunteering.

By creating multiple destinations for flowers and plants, we want to reduce the amount of waste caused by "having nowhere to go."

Furthermore, we hope that visiting a shop to receive relief will lead to discovering new flower shops and garden centers, and that it will be the start of developing a fondness for those shops.

"Before you throw it away, give it a try."

Why not join Bloomap in increasing the options for flowers and plants to find their next home?
