This disaster preparedness app is designed to eliminate the feeling of "I don't know where to start."

From the home screen, select your objective from "What to do today?" and you'll be guided through the necessary preparations and checks in order.

During normal times, the focus is on preparation; when the alert level rises, it prioritizes displaying information necessary for making evacuation decisions.

■ Simply choose your objective

Choose from two options: "Preparing" or "When a disaster strikes." Then, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

The app summarizes the necessary steps for each objective, such as flood, earthquake, volcanic ash, retaining wall inspection, and family care.


■ Consolidate and Check Official Information

* Displays Japan Meteorological Agency warnings and advisories by your city/ward/town/village
* Weather forecast for today to the day after tomorrow
* Recent earthquakes (epicenter, magnitude, maximum seismic intensity)
* Displays "current danger" on a map using Kikikuru (hazard distribution)
* Hazard maps for floods, landslides, storm surges, and tsunamis
* Probability of experiencing an earthquake of magnitude 6 or higher within the next 30 years (J-SHIS)

Information will always display the publication time and source. To prevent treating outdated information as new,
we will notify you if information has not been updated.

■ Evacuation Shelters Even Without Communication

The app includes over 115,000 designated emergency evacuation shelters nationwide.

Even without communication, you can check nearby evacuation shelters on a map.

You can filter facilities to match the type of disaster.

■ Family-Specific Preparedness

By registering elderly people, children, infants, and pets, we will suggest early action based on the time required for evacuation. Family-specific items will also be added to the pre-evacuation checklist.

We also provide tips on how to communicate with children and the elderly, and what to pack.

■ Retaining Wall and Block Wall Inspection

You can check the retaining walls and block walls around your home using items aligned with national manuals.

Explanations with photos show exactly what to look for.

Keeping records during normal times allows you to compare changes after earthquakes or heavy rain.

We also support assessment using a scoring system for experts and local governments.

■ Recording with Photos

・Preparing items to take: Record 3 photos and "where you placed them."

・Recording potential hazards: Record 5 photos of areas of concern with their locations.

・Recording damage: Record the situation before cleanup and output it as a PDF.

Notes can also be entered by voice (voice data is not saved or transmitted).

■ Post-Disaster Procedures

We will guide you through the following steps: Safety Check → Photo Recording → Disaster Certificate → Consultation Desk.

We also explain the meaning of disaster certificate categories (total destruction, partial destruction, etc.) and subsequent procedures.

You can quickly access the page for your local government from the contact information of 1,741 municipalities nationwide.

All entered address, family information, photos, and records are stored only on this device.

No data is sent to our servers, and no account registration is required.

We do not deliver advertisements or analyze usage data.

This app is not a substitute for official evacuation orders, expert safety assessments, or damage certifications.

Check results and estimates are for reference only. When deciding whether to evacuate, please prioritize evacuation information from your municipality and the local situation.
