When you look at property websites and flyers, the area is often listed in square meters.
I wanted to know the number of tsubo, so I made a tool that will make the conversion easy.
It's just a tool, but I found it very useful when I used it, so I thought I might as well make it public.

As well as being able to convert between tsubo and square meters, it also shows the price per tsubo.
You can also use the memory function to store up to four values.
