ADO ReStock is a platform app for the safe and legal transfer of unused pharmaceutical inventory among ADO (National Association of Pharmacists and Home Care Support) member pharmacies.

■ Problems this app solves
Every year, pharmacies discard hundreds of thousands of yen worth of expired pharmaceuticals.
However, even if a pharmaceutical is needed by pharmacies in the same area, information about it is often not shared, leading to its disposal.

ADO ReStock was developed to remove this "information barrier" and to effectively utilize local medical resources throughout the region.

■ Main functions
・Market list
You can view a list of pharmaceuticals listed by ADO member pharmacies in the same prefecture.
The default display is sorted by shortest expiration date, naturally encouraging the reduction of waste.

・Listing function
Enter the LOT number, expiration date, quantity, and desired sales percentage (what percentage of the drug price) to list the product.
Registration of a product image (a photo showing the LOT, expiration date, and remaining amount) is required.

* Transaction Flow
You can purchase immediately at your desired price, or negotiate the price.
The transaction is finalized after the seller completes final confirmation (LOT, expiration date, quantity).

* Automatic Document Generation
Upon completion of the transaction, a "Pharmaceutical Transfer Certificate" and a "Receipt" are automatically generated within the app.
Both documents can be printed on a single A4 sheet, making record management compliant with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law easy.

* To-Do List
Manage a list of items that require attention, such as purchase application, price negotiation, and document confirmation.

■ Target Users
This app is a B2B app for pharmacists and owners of ADO-affiliated pharmacies.
A Dropbox account registered with ADO is required to log in.
This app is not available to the general public.

■ Handling of Personal Information and Data
* Dropbox OAuth is used for authentication, and passwords are not stored within the app.
* Pharmacy information (name, address, contact person) is disclosed only to the transaction partner.
* Transaction records are securely stored in Supabase (cloud database).
