What is Global Mobile?

"Global Mobile" is a unique Chrome extension designed to simplify your web browsing experience by converting cluttered web pages into their easier-to-read mobile versions. Initially, no changes are made unless you add pages to a whitelist or select 'Enable On Site', at which point, the extension invokes the mobile version of the site for a more focused, ad-free, and streamlined viewing. Use Global Mobile for seamless, stress-free internet browsing.

Some websites have an overwhelming number of images and headlines and ads all screaming for your attention simultaneously. GlobalMobile simplifies the content on these websites and restores your sanity.

Many of the worst offending websites actually have nice mobile versions. GlobalMobile will display this nice mobile version in your browser, even if you're not on a mobile device.

How it works: By default Global Mobile will not change anything. As you encounter bad pages, add them to the whitelist in the options page, or select 'Enable On Site' in the toolbar. From then on, GlobalMobile will display the mobile version of the site.
