2024-09-27 | dth4237 | en | I highly suggest not using this service! I subscribed for AutoDS back on the 24th of September 2024. I used the service to list an item from Walmart onto eBay. To test if everything was working correctly I had my brother purchase that item at which point AutoDS should've fulfilled the order. That did not occur. Instead eBay requested I ship the order out. I immediately brought this up by opening a ticket on AutoDS. I reached out several times to see what the status was resolving the issue and it was always the same, "we apologize" and "our team is working on it." Remind you this generic response would usually be hours after I would have to contact them. By the 27th, the day eBay expected the item shipped, I had enough. I requested a full refund. $214.80 for my annual subscription and $50 for money I preloaded to be able to fulfill orders. The CS rep requested I fill out a form for the refund where I learned that not only would I have to fill out a separate form to get the $50 back. I would also not be getting 15% of the annual subscription fee back. Imagine paying over $200 for a service, not getting the service, and then having to pay a 15% processing fee for the service you did not receive once requesting a refund! Again, I highly advise to stay away from AutoDS. | |

They claim to offer 24/7 support, but in reality, they respond only 2 or 3 times before asking you to create a ticket, which then takes over 24 hours to get a response. This is incredibly frustrating and not what you would expect from a service that advertises round-the-clock assistance. Setting up my account with their help took about two weeks because they took three to four days to resolve each issue. This slow response time is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to run a business and need timely support. When I finally managed to set up my account, I encountered another major issue. When I tried to place an order, they insisted on using only US dollars, which is impractical for me as I live in Italy. They never mentioned this restriction before, and it's not stated in their policy. This lack of transparency is a huge red flag. When I requested a refund of my $50, they refused. This is not just poor customer service; it's outright theft. There are other applications with API integration that provide instant responses 24/7. These alternatives are far more reliable and efficient. Avoid wasting your money and time on "AutoDS." It's a must to steer clear of this scam. 2022-10-21 | Kyns | AutoDs is a company that makes multiple mistakes in all the processes that they offer automatic or manual and with tracking, they do not answer for it, they do not make refunds, they answer you with a link of clauses, (which sometimes create policies tailored to what you present claims) and if you sell products that the price of the supplier is less than $25, forget your orders will not be processed, you breach your client and affect the health of your store, for a high cost that will never be reimbursed, whether you use it or not. The customer support center is terrible, evasive, it answers the opposite of what you ask and the response time is +24 hours, by not answering your question, then you have to ask again and wait +24 hours to wait another bad answer or a link. If what you want is to sink your business, this is the easiest and most expensive way. I wasted time, money, leads, and the health of my account, all with just one app. |
