What is VK Notes?

VK Notes is a Chrome extension that enables you to attach private notes to VKontakte (VK) user profiles. It also adds tooltips with detailed information about users and communities throughout the VKontakte site.

ничего не понятно, как работает, где что?

переустановил браузер, увы расширение не работает, показывает всплывающие окна, статус, количество участников в группе, иконки участников, но вот заметки к пользователям не добавляет и не показывает, кнопки добвить заметку на странице пользователя не стало
