■ Description This extension is to support the use of Web services, 'webviruscheck' to analyze the safety of the Web page. To display the context menu by right-clicking on the link, click on the 'check the link with webviruscheck'. Then a result of whether a link destination is a dangerous site is shown to a new tab. 'Webviruscheck' is URL scanner, virus scaner,browser crasher checker,shortening URL checker.

  • "Webviruscheck" is the source checker using regular expressions. Therefore there is a possibility of false positives.

■How to use There are two ways to use. 1-1. To display the context menu on the link. (Windows right-click) 1-2. Click the "check safety of link with 'webviruscheck'" in the context menu. 1-3. Examination of the link destination by 'webviruscheck' will be performed. Then check the results are displayed in a new tab.

2-1. Select the character string, to display the context menu. (Windows right-click) 2-2. Click the "check safety of selected URL with 'webviruscheck'" in the context menu. 2-3. Examination of the link destination by 'webviruscheck' will be performed. Then check the results are displayed in a new tab.
