What is 強震モニタ Extension?

強震モニタ Extension is a Chrome extension designed for earthquake monitoring. Upon installation, it persistently observes seismic activity, offering alarms and notifications even when the monitor window or Chrome is closed. It is capable of detecting and alerting about minute quakes not perceptible to humans, and it alerts via popup, alarm tone, voice notification, desktop display, and automatic Twitter post. Each feature can be individually toggled ON/OFF.

新強震モニタのURLが変わったので接続待ちで動きません。

機能的には良いのですが、この拡張機能を有効にするとYoutubeなどの動画サイトで映像及び音声が不安定になる不具合が発生します。具体的な不具合の症状としては、Youtubeの動画上でマウスカーソルを動かすとGPUのVideo Encode使用率が一時的に0％となり、動画と音声がカクついてしまうといったものです。早急な対処をお願いします。　使用環境：Windows10 64-bit Ver.1903,CPU:Intel core i7 7700,GPU:nVIDIA GTX 1070,Chromeウェブブラウザ,このソフトウェア,OS,グラフィックスドライバ etc...はすべて最新のものを使用しています。
