The Version 2.0 update is compatible with recent and upcoming versions of Chrome and Edge, and allows launching of ClickOnce Deployment applications. Note that users experiencing problems probably don't have the required "m4clickoncehelper.exe" helper application registered; follow the installation steps carefully. This works great for all web sites that deliver ClickOnce deployments via "*.application" files with MIME type "application/x-ms-application".
