2017-03-28 | en | The software is easy to use, the features are unmatched, and the customer service is top-notch. I started with the free version, but I wanted to support the software and bought it. After trying the free version, it was obvious that writerduet was fully worth a purchase. Celtx was okay. I was utterly overwhelmed when I tried a free trial of Final Draft. Writerduet meets all of my needs. GET IT!
2016-11-27 | en | Wasn't into Screenwriter 6 at all. Clunky, unattractive interface, and collaborating wasn't easy. WriterDuest takes all the qualities of Google Docs, Skype, and Screen Writer and blends them. Auto backups to Google Drive and local HDD, and I can use it from my iPad. Highly recommended.
2016-02-26 | en | Outstanding software. Yes, it takes some getting used to if you're coming from Final Draft but once you do I can't imagine wanting to go back. The great thing is - it's almost as if you're not switching, because WriterDuet imports/exports FDX files perfectly. You're just getting a better interface and extremely useful features. My favorite feature? Being able to save locally AND to Dropbox/Drive simultaneously every single time I press save. I set it once and then I don't have to think about backing up my work. For anyone who writes from more than one computer over the course of a script this is such a huge plus. Revision mode is also really intelligent and why don't other writing programs have a little notepad section beside your main document? I love that. Developer is responsive to suggestions and very helpful when you have questions that aren't easily answered. Kudos to WriterDuet!
2016-02-11 | en | It is like Celtx or something like that, just takes a little getting used to. With practice, you will become perfect with WriterDuet!
2016-01-20 | en | This is a full, everything you need screenwriting program - like the professionals use. How do I know? Because I'm a professional screenwriter. It's the solution to every problem with Final Draft, developed by one guy - named Guy - who is responsive and helpful. This is the future of screenwriting software. Can't say enough about it. |
