Instead of setting up a search on Twitter and looking at it every other minute for updates, just let TweetTalk speak them out to you. They can be read every minute, or every five. They can be in English or in German. There are settings you can fiddle with.

v0.0.1: Basic implementation of the idea. Works for Twitter searches, but not for your personal feed. Upside: no auth needed!
