Ethically was a great way for me to see how the companies I shop align with my values. I think a really great part was a website I was shopping on didn't have enough data, so ethically allowed me to push a button to make sure that company was aware I wanted that type of information. Just a really impactful extension which really puts sustainability and equality at the front of my mind. I'm a big fan of the info given on plastic and the seas. Highly recommend.

Another greenwashing app that does not offer any reason for the ratings it casts on businesses. All they offer is three ratings from A to C. When you click the score breakdown they don't offer any more insights as to how they come up with the grades. The way the app works is casting ratings on different business and then suggesting other "similar business". When you click any of the suggested "better rated" options from the list, Ethically makes an affiliate comission if you end up purchasing from their suggestions. The lack of transparency with this app is the reason I would not recommend it.
