There's no real comparison to other bookmark websites. This one is simple and easy to use. You can create notes and tags for each bookmark, you can click and drag bookmarklets directly to your browser to make it easier to bookmark. Sort by date, tag, folder, etc. The developer is also responsive to inquiries which I really think is important.
