Twitter Real Verified is a Chrome extension designed to restore Twitter's legacy verification badges for users verified before the April 20, 2023 Twitter Blue changes. This extension reverts verification icons to their original state using data from before April 4, 2023, ensuring authentic identification. It also supports TweetDeck.

Features include options to hide Twitter Blue badges, remove verification badges from Twitter Blue subscribers, replace Blue badges with a clown emoji 🤡, or add a simple green checkmark to legitimately verified accounts. Users can customize badge colors for verified users, Twitter Blue users, and verified accounts with Twitter Blue. Open source and actively maintained on GitHub for contributions and bug reporting.

A recent issue was that the options for the extension weren't showing up, so I contacted the developer on GitHub, and everything was back to normal. It's great that a developer is so quick to fix a bug. The extension is very good, nothing to complain about !
