On some pages I get the following error message: Sorry, no content has been found~~ I would appreciate if there is an option to enable/disable context menu item for Piggy Reader. Also, it would be useful if there is 'Save' button (perhaps below 'Edit' button) which saves the rendered page as HTML file.
