Jetters Crew

Jetters Crew is the official field-operations companion for technicians of Jetters Incz, Singapore's specialist drainage and high-pressure jetting operator. It is a private workplace tool, distributed to employees alongside the main Jetters operations platform. The app turns every shift into a structured, transparent and accountable workflow, replacing paper checklists, scattered messages and after-hours admin with one premium, dark-themed mobile experience built around the way our crews actually work.

Sign in once with your Singapore mobile number and a one-time code. From the moment you open My Day, you see exactly what matters: today's jobs, on-time performance, hours on site, and a quiet AI Coach that learns your baseline and tells you, in plain English or conversational Tamil, where you are ahead and where you might be slipping. There is no clutter, no marketing, and no menu hunting, just the next job, the next stop, and the next decision.

Every job opens into a glass-card detail view with the client, address, service type and priority locked at the top. The On-Site Workflow takes you through a GPS-locked clock-in, photo evidence with a 4–6 minimum, a digital checklist, and an end-of-job report. Tamil-speaking technicians can dictate in colloquial Tamil and the built-in AI cleans it into a professional English report ready for the office, the client and the file. Geolocation is captured automatically at clock-in and clock-out and cannot be edited from the field, giving the back office an audit trail that stands up.

The Route Map tab plans the day for you. It uses Singapore Land Authority OneMap tiles and routing to compute the most efficient sequence across all your stops, then hands off to your phone's native maps app for turn-by-turn navigation. Distances, ETAs and depot return are visible at a glance.

The Performance tab is your personal scorecard. Three KPI rings show jobs completed, on-time percentage and photo compliance. A self-learning AI Coach studies four weeks of your own work and offers small, specific suggestions — not vague pep talks. A weekly report can be generated for you or your supervisor in one tap.

The Forms tab digitises five paper forms used every day on the ground: Leave Application, Diesel Requisition, Cash-card Top-up for ERP and parking, the PPE and Safety Toolbox acknowledgement, and the Daily Vehicle Pre-trip Checklist. Submissions are timestamped, GPS-stamped and pushed to operations in real time.

History gives you read-only access to every completed, invoiced and paid job you have touched, so you always know where a site stands.

Jetters Crew is built on Expo and React Native with a glassmorphism interface in the Jetters palette of orange, gold and black. It supports English and colloquial Tamil out of the box, biometric-friendly phone+OTP sign-in, and a refresh-installation flow so the app updates itself between projects without IT intervention.
