Breaks images in sites like YouTube, Facebook, etc. as of 25/07/24. How does this make it to prod?

Not working properly, for example on eBay I did not get the popup to click to start tracking, I had to go to the icon on the Edge toolbar to open it and click on it to commence tracking. I will watch this now on my other browsers as well (Chrome and Firefox).
