Summary

Some links open in the same tab. Some links open in a new tab. Unfortunately there's no way to know what a link will do until you click it. Hovertab fixes this.

Links that open in the current tab retain the standard "pointer finger" icon when you hover over them. Links that open in a new tab will show an informative little arrow when you hover over them.

Problem solved.

User reviews
I wrote it; I love it! Makes me do a lot less right clicking, as now I know how links are going to behave.
