Was trying to get on a call scheduled at 11:00 A.M. It is 11:22 and I still haven't been able to get on this call. Every time I press call, it says this: Destination not reachable The destination associated with this link is not reachable. Message: Not Found Category: 1 (SIP_ERROR_404)‎ Code: 404 Don't know what's going on. Help, please.

Really appalling app. Had it previously installed and agree with previous comments the video screen is not tied to the window so if changing tabs during a call sometimes the screen follows the tab sometimes it doesn't have now upgraded to the Catalina. Was then of course asked to update the app now the app doesn't work at all Just always tells me to download and install. Have been through the process five times with no progress. Gone back to the phone.
