With Hiit Music you can exercice to the beat of your own music. HIIT alternates between short but intense periods of exercice with recovery periods, being one of the most effective trainings to gain resistance and improve fat burning.

Just open your mp3 folder and select what songs you want to listen for each intensity.

You can also change the time settings of this exercice to your own, with an intuitive interface that allows you to change the duration of each period and the number of rounds.

Just bought this and it doesn't work. For example I am unable to change the length of an internal. I created a new session. Click on the default interval timer of 15 seconds, click on plus to make the interval eg 1 minute, click ok, the interval remains at 15 seconds. I have given a trading of 1 that I will change if the app star to s to work.

I have now had to stop using this.This was a great app but has now stopped working properly, and i can't get a response from the creators.. I can't make any amendments to my sessions. It says I can, but then the GO just returns to the original figures. I've tried stopping and restarting and clearing data, but it's not working properly. Can you help? I have been using this app for 4 years now, and I use it almost daily. It's great, maybe just some tweaks about adding music and changing playlists.
