James EPD

With the James app, you have a number of practical James functions always at your fingertips. Handy for when you are on the go, or when you don't have a laptop nearby.

With this app you can:

• View your calendar
• View your appointment information and call your client
• Navigate directly to the client's address for home appointments (to do this, check "home visit" in the relevant appointment or appointment type).

• Easily upload photos and documents from your phone to James, either as a regular document or as a referral.

N.B. Photos taken with the James app are NOT stored on your phone's camera roll for security and privacy reasons.

• Edit images: draw, highlight, crop, and add labels.

• Switch to dark mode.

Several updates are planned for the coming year to expand the app's capabilities. These include: full use of the calendar and a client version with all the functions of the current client portal, including a video calling function. We hope this first version already makes your work a lot easier!
