This app is the result of a collaboration between the Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences, Water and Hygiene (University of Bologna, Cesenatico branch) and the Blaise Pascal Technical Institute (Cesena) and is part of a series of actions undertaken to safeguard eels throughout Europe.

Its main purpose is to help all those who will have to decide whether or not to release the eels so that they can reach the sea and their breeding areas.

Not all smartphone models have been tested, therefore, if you encounter any malfunctions, please use the support email and tell us the type of problem, the smartphone model, the Android version and the RAM installed: in this way you will help the support team to correct it and create increasingly better performing versions of the app!
