HOW DOES THIS APP WORK?

The ordering procedure is simple:
1. Download and install the IT HELP mobile app.
2. Log in to the app via Gmail, Facebook, or any email. Thanks to this, you will always have your service history available, even if you change your mobile phone.
3. Provide contact information (only once, but you can edit it at any time).
4. Select the device you need to repair.
5. Fill in the details of the device problem / damage and add photos of the damage if it’s necessary.
6. Choose date and time, when the technician can come to pick up the device. (You can choose one ideal date and other possible alternative dates).
7. Check all entered information and send the request.
8. We will then contact you by phone to confirm the date of the technician's visit.
9. The technician will come to you at the agreed time and will pick up the device, or repair it on a place – based on our mutual agreement.
10. If we’ll pick up the device and repair it in our service center, we will call you right after the diagnoses. We will let you know – what are the repair costs and what is the estimated time for repair, including the time, when we expect to receive ordered spare parts for your device.
11. After agreeing on costs and dates by phone, we will gladly repair the device for you.
12. You can check the current status of your order in the "My" item - directly in the main menu of the IT HELP app. Here you can also see the history of your previous orders.
13. After the repair, the technician will bring your repaired device and you will pay the agreed amount. It is possible to pay in cash or by debit / credit card directly to the technician.
14. We love our planet, so you will receive all confirmations (service report, confirmation of payment and all notifications) electronically - to the e-mail you’ve entered when logged in to the IT HELP app.
