Our gym was founded in 2012 with a clear and pioneering vision: to bring functional training to Gubbio and Umbria, not as a passing fad, but as a structured, effective method that can be adapted to every individual. At a time when fitness was still almost exclusively tied to traditional bodybuilding, we chose a different path, one that was more comprehensive and closer to people's real needs.
From the beginning, we were a FIPE Center – Italian Weightlifting Federation, a recognition that certified our technical expertise, quality teaching, and commitment to the project. Since then, while constantly evolving, we have never betrayed our original spirit: training with judgment, method, and attention, putting the individual first.
Today, the gym is even more comprehensive and modern, with organized spaces, top-notch equipment, and an even broader range of technical options. Goals, physical condition, sporting history, and lifestyle are always considered before any program.
The facility offers functional classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes, with methods focused on strength, coordination, mobility, and metabolic capacity. A selection of high-end isotonic equipment is available, chosen to ensure safety, effectiveness, and true progression of the load, alongside dedicated spaces for free body work and conditioning.
The offering is rounded out by a department dedicated to combat sports, with Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes led by qualified instructors and structured according to clear technical guidelines. Pilates classes, full-body circuits, athlete-specific athletic training programs, and post-injury functional recovery programs are also available, with personalized programs aimed at a complete and efficient return to movement.
