Motion Lab is a personal training center that combines functional and cardio training with cutting-edge equipment from Technogym's Biostrength line. Thanks to these machines, equipped with artificial intelligence, users can follow a completely personalized
program, scientifically measure and study their progress and movement capabilities with our trainers, and thus adapt the training to their needs and
goals. Through real-time training monitoring and precision training, we are able to minimize injuries and achieve results in a much more effective, fun, and interactive way. Whether you're trying out movement for the first time, need to recover from an
injury, or simply want to stay in shape, or have high ambitions and want advanced athletic training, Motion Lab is the right place for you. We offer exceptionally refined, exclusive, and modern facilities. We maintain a very high level of service, limiting access to the studio to a maximum of 6 people per hour.
Workouts, session bookings, payments, and any other useful information are all conveniently accessible through our app.
Motion Lab is located in Genoa, currently with two locations, but more are coming soon! Our goal is to help people achieve their wellness and exercise goals quickly, effectively, and fun—but above all, sustainably.
