Your documents always at hand!
moviDOC is an application designed and created for all desktop and tablet devices aimed at customers (and suppliers) of companies who want to offer a tool that simplifies the consultation of administrative documents.
In an extremely intuitive way it is easy:
• View invoices, orders and similar documents, also with the related downloadable PDF forms;
By logging in with your credentials you can easily consult orders, invoices, and any other document that has been made available (quotes, delivery notes, ...).
From the list of documents you can apply filters to find those of interest.
By tapping on an element you access the detail of the document.
Each document can be associated with one or more attachments, i.e. PDF files or in any other format, freely printable or downloadable.
• Check the schedule with details of paid and residual amounts;
For each subject, the deadlines are published with their references to the invoice and payment terms, but above all with the details of the expiry date, expiry amount and residual amount.
Ultimately, the company shares the timetable with its customers and suppliers, thus facilitating all administrative controls.

• Monitor the status of maintenance on the equipment undergoing assistance
Similar to the Documents module, this procedure makes the list of devices under maintenance accessible, possibly divided by locations and categories.
Also in this case, the possibility of attaching photos, scans of reports, or any other type of file, makes it easy to consult the status of maintenance relating to the equipment undergoing assistance.
