Sentinella in Servizio

Sentinella in Servizio is the work app for security guards and security personnel at institutions using the Sentinella management software.

It is NOT open to the public: you can only access it with the credentials provided by your security company. Access is not possible without an invitation from the office.

WHAT YOU CAN DO ON DUTY
• View your shifts: where you're expected, at what time, and with whom
• Clock in and out directly from your station
• Send reports to the office, with photos
• View your documents: certificates, pay slips, and timesheets
• Request vacation and leave
• View your assigned company car and its deadlines

THE CHANNEL WITH COLLEAGUES
When multiple operators are on the same shift, a voice channel is activated: hold down to speak, like a walkie-talkie. The channel remains active even when your phone is in your pocket, so you never miss a call from a colleague during your rounds.
The microphone opens ONLY while you hold down the talk button. When the channel is active, a notification is always visible in the notification bar.

LOCATION
Location is used only when clocking in, to verify that you are clocking in at your location. The app does not track your movements.
