RealGuest CheckIn

Event check-in, made simple.

RealGuest CheckIn turns any phone into a check-in desk. Scan the guest's QR code, their name appears, entry is recorded. No printed lists at the door, no sheets to reconcile at the end of the night.

OPEN THE EVENT IN SECONDS

Staff working the door do not need an account or a password:
• scan the event QR code from your RealGuest event page
• or type the event code and PIN
• reopen the last event with one tap

A PIN is handed to a steward for one night and revoked the next day.

AT THE DOOR

• QR scanning with the camera and an immediate on-screen result: green when the check-in succeeds, red when the guest is already in
• Search by first or last name, for when there is no QR code
• Check in and undo with one tap from the list
• Counters always in view: how many are in, how many are expected
• The list updates in real time: a check-in on one station shows up on every other station at once
• Tap the counter to see who is already inside

WHILE THE EVENT RUNS

• Groups (VIP, Speakers, Press…) with a colour and an icon: filter the list so each station works its own group
• Companions: record who arrives with a guest, up to the allowed limit
• Add a guest who is not on the list, if the event allows it
• Guest card with the event's custom fields
• Check-out, for events that use it

TOGETHER WITH REALGUEST

Lists, custom fields, invitations and QR codes are prepared at app.realguest.it. This app is the part that works the door.

Creating events requires a RealGuest account. Using the app at the door only needs the code and PIN the organiser gives you.
