Good app, but I paid for the translation service and it's not translating! I have selected English in the options but it still shows Italian?

Near Vicenza it guided me to the plain parking place (expected service for caravans etc.), where it was even forbidden for a caravan to park. The second place nearby didn't even exists. Little crooks.
