Robur Smartool allows to update the firmware and consult the event log and the configuration of K18 (gas absorption heat pump for residential use), DDC (Digital Control Panel for the GAHP), CCI (Comfort Control Interface) and configure Roburberry ( remote control device of the GAHP units).
Robur Smartool is a direct channel with the Robur Service Department: it allows to send all the data related to the units to which it is connected in order to have a quick and precise diagnosis of the situation.
