2025-01-09	Sl*****	I've used plutus for 3 years, but things have really gone downhill lately. Main problem is that there is not use for the "points" you accrue. You are not allowed to withdraw it, gift cards are a joke, miles and stays even more. Company leadership is really really bad. There is constant change of direction, retrospective change of TOS, name calling users, lies, you name it.

2025-01-04	Iv*****	I’m extremely disappointed. Despite being a long-time user, I’m now forced to upgrade from the useless Standard tier to the Starter tier just to re-activate my account after inactivity. Seriously, Plutus?! This change has made the card completely useless. I now have 24 PLU stuck in the account along with some cash that cannot be withdrawn. It has turned into a frustrating and unfair service, and I see no other option but to delete my account and uninstall the app. Don’t waste your time or money.

2024-12-31	Sy*****	Nice app to allow understanding how crypto can be used. It's a little bit pitty that it's on Eth and not on Solana or polygon because transactions fee are huge. Edit after 2years: There are many changes every quarter. Real cashback is -2% (as everywhere are fees). I lost because of this app more than 1k euro. Better to buy BTC or Solana and stack. Public community channel are read only. What unmoderated community think you can check on plutus_uncensored subReddit.

They make you buy a monthly payment to receive PLU, but then if you withdraw PLU you receive a "violation", so you pay huge fees, withdraw will take forever, and the only way to not get penalized is to top up the card with PLU, but the fee is almost 50%. Horrible experience! Don't use this!

2024-12-17	Jo*****	Oct 24.Been with Plutus since 2022, and have been waiting for them to sort out swap for UK customers, but still nothing. Feels like a scam now. Can you explain how I can use/sell/swap any of the PLU that Ive earned please? Dec 24 App has locked me out. Cant access my PLU or money. Was a nice idea but the devs are obviously broke losers.

Their reward card is very good and over the time I have been using it I have received 3-4% of my everyday spending back in their reward token called 'PLU'. The majority of negative reviews are disgruntled customers who broke the rules or were unhappy about changes to the card. A particular 'top marks review' for the plutus support team who have always been fantastic to deal with.
