The concept behind this metamorphosis is therefore also to provide useful information depending on your position. All points of interest in the area are categorized and made available on specific user requests. Citizens will be able to access, for example, information relating to the location of all public counters necessary for the management of the various instances which can also be entirely managed through the mobile devices in use, disabled people will be able to identify quickly in the order of a variable distance from 100 m to 1 km from their position, all parking spaces reserved for them and will be guided by the navigation system to the first available and so on.
Smart Erconalo is also able to guarantee a drastic reduction in the time required for citizens to fulfill obligations towards the public administration through a system of notifications, payments and deadlines.
