The sounds are good but I really struggle with the slider bar not being able to pick an exact number. Anxiety kicking in trying to set it to exactly 25 or 50 and keep flicking to 23 or 51. Clearly no one can relax or go to sleep if the numbers are off.... 😬 Also, it's a bit glitchy at times. The timer is on but it will just turn itself off sometimes. And surprising that it keeps running even when I've closed the app. I've accidentally had it quietly running for hours after closing the app.
